Please help me identify what this is. Fish is not eating, red lip. I have him in a 10 gallon tank, I added tetra all in one treatment, jungle anti fungal tablet, 1 tablespoon aquarium salt. I have been changing 30% water daily. Nitrates and such look good. Ammonia a little high. Please help. Thanks.

I saw my goldfish trying to jump from the tank earlier this week, but luckily i have a lid. He hasn't tried again as far as i know.

Does this behavior mean that the water isn't suitable?

One of my goldfish swims erratically and sometimes rubs himself on the rocks in my tank. He eats and behaves normally. Doesn't appear to be ich. Could be some sort of parasite? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
