ID: tiny shrimp like critters that live under my chalice coral

I have two shrimp-like (head, thorax legs and tail) creatures that are living under my chalice. They could be some type of copepods but they definitely have shrimp bodies.

I have two cleaner shrimp in the tank but the tank is fairly new so I don't think they spawned and I would be surprised if they offspring made it to this size and didn't get eaten or sucked into my overflow.

They dart around like mad under my chalice and definitely don't leave the safety of the coral.

Are these copepods? Their body type doesn't match any copepods I've seen before.

Anyone experience their hammers and frog spawn suddenly melting, or the polyp separating from the skeleton? Tank is stable. Nothing to indicate bad parameters. Total mystery and doing research I've heard it could be bacteria. No hands have been in the tank for close to 3 weeks now. Everything else is happy and normal. Any idea?
