[stacked jars only for photo purposes]

Top left minis are moonshine jars that contain a sample of North Carolina's Linville River. (no animals were captured- triple checked.) These have been sealed since June.

The rest are created from tutorials and advice from this community. Floaters, java, marrimo, coconut coir & backyard soil, river rocks, and some ramshorn pals. I found an Etsy shop that shares sample plant clippings and snail babies in an effort to support a hobbyist and to avoid crowded pet stores in my area.

These jars are just a day or 2 old, very excited to observe.

Really glad I bought the giant-ass kombucha last month...

Jar sealed since February 2020. Did not expect it to take so well.
