I have had 6 of 7 crayfish die on me recently wild caught. I want to do this right this time i have a 10 gal not in use yet leave suggestions in comments (edit no mor ten gallon it just cracked i think i have a 2.5 gal for a temp tank

Electric blue (might be) acting strange?

Hello all! I've got an electric blue named Indy. I've had him (her?) for a few months and for the past month or so he's been acting different. He has molted a total of 3 times since I've had him, but not within the past month. He used to climb and torment my fish but now he hides in his log and digs holes around the tank. It seems like he wants to molt but has some reason not to. He still eats, and I see him roaming around when I have the aquarium lights off, but if the lights are on, he's hiding somewhere. I don't necessarily think there is anything wrong with him, he just isn't acting like his usual self. Any ideas?

Cookie Monster excavating his tank! Excuse the dirty water and empty tank. I’m new to crayfish... I plan on building him a cave with rocks and tank safe glue. How else can I improve this little guys life? Any tips more than welcome!

So my crayfish has just finished a molt about 2 or 3 days ago. He was staying in this one hiding spot almost all day but is now back to roaming around. He used to be very curious around me and would sometimes come up to the glass to look at me or would come up to my hand when I was cleaning the tank. However, he now opens up his big claw whenever I get near the tank and he seems scared of me. Any idea why? He still let's me hand feed worms
