Crayfish How much should I be feeding him?

I have a question about how many pellets I should be feeding my crawfish, Egg. I feed him this Crab Cuisine pellet thingy and the pellets are relatively small. I feed him once a day and it takes him a long time to finish eating one pellet and move onto the next one. I usually feed him 5 or 6. Am I feeding him correctly and how many pellets should I give him??
