I sent my 13 year old brother to Petco with my card to pick out a new betta fish for me.

I didn't give him any wants/wishes or further instructions. Just simply "pick out a good one".

I can't wait for him to get back... fingers crossed he does in fact pick a good one! 😬 lets pray for two eyes, all of his or her fins intact!

Is this fin rot? I just got 波 (Nami) today here in Japan. After googling I found out about fin rot but cannot tell if that’s what it is or if it’s just from him having been in a crappy pet store for so long and being stressed, etc?
