(HELP!!) Just got my mystery snail and he’s been floating since I bought him with these tubes hanging out. He will retract in his shell but these tubes won’t go back in. I thought he might be sick because of the hair like things on his tubes. You guys are my last resort for information!!!

Why does my snail fall off the glass every time I turn the light on?

Posted: 05 Sep 2020 06:43 PM PDT

Is this a normal thing? I have two snails, but only one is really Adventurous and goes to the tippy top of the tank all the time and whenever I turn on the light for my betta he just drops.

One of my mystery snail clutches hatched! What do I do? I heard you should kind of shake it in the water to get them all out. Is that true? I'm not really a person who touches my snails. Some of them are one the damp paper towel. I've never had clutches before.... please help!!!

Does snail size correlate to snail age?

Posted: 05 Sep 2020 03:37 PM PDT

I usually get big snails cuz it's fun to see them when they're big and I know snails basically live for a year up to a couple years max and I usually get to keep the snail for 6 months before they die, they are always fully grown in size when they die, and I'm wondering if when I get a huge snail that's nearing full size at petsmart I'm adopting a elderly snail that's already halfway through his lifetime ? My newest snails are much smaller than my last ones so I'm gonna see if I get to keep them for longer before they die.
