Neglected tank advice

Posted: 09 Aug 2020 05:05 PM PDT

So I set up a tank almost two months ago and then in pretty quick order got depressed (different conversation, not what I need advice on 😬) and all but ignored the new tank until now. No co2, no dosing, hell barely any light except for when I'd remember to turn it on. It's not completely dead but definitely looking pretty anemic. I've got lights and co2 on a timer now but wondering what other steps y'all think I could take to help it in its recovery. Specifically in regards to the stem plants and trimming. Most of it appears to be mostly alive but hasn't really taken root. The moss, anubias and ferns I think have survived fine with the lack of light, and I think given some time the eleocharis and s. repens will recover but I cant quite tell what the state of the Rotala walichi is. Some of it i can tell is dead, probably to the roots, the majority seems alive albeit a bit pale. Should I just trim this? and if so how aggressively? Linking some pictures below

Not totally sure if it fits this sub, but it’s plants, and it is in water :)

Getting live plants was the best decision I’ve ever made. Ghost Pepper is so much happier!
