- [Auto-Post] Weekly Question Thread! Ask /r/Aquariums anything you want to know about the hobby!
- Our next adventure is off to a great start!
- Saving a ranchu from their only predator; the zucchini
- Quick flex of an older tank I had. It is now happily at my father’s place! The move was rough but everything seems to be happy a week later. 7 year old tank with mostly some bubble tip nems and a sizable brain upfront (size of both palms of my hands)
- Tore the tank apart looking for our usually very active bristlenose pleco, whom we hadn’t seen in weeks. ... For good reason apparently!
- So happy to share with you guys my wife and I’s first ever aquarium! Went all out with the shrimp/live plant tank and were fortunate enough to receive a pregnant shrimp!
- Fresh setup, three months old now.
- Alien blu boi
- The shrimp pellet hunt
- First time Mom and Dad discus!
- My 170l custom long narrow tank
- Planning and researching my first planted aquarium has helped me stay sober and calmed the restless my anxiety causes. Today’s a good day
- OPINIONS NEEDED: A Subreddit just for sick fish?
- Just watched this guy tip over then suck a pond snail right out of the shell. Is this normal SAE behaviour?
- Update: 30 gal paludarium build now featuring two goofy Eastern Newts
- Got em
- My Rainbowfish tank. I only wish it was bigger
- Meet Louis and Suzan. The first inhabitants of my very first aquarium. It's a 47 gallon planted tank.
- Fish looks like a boat
- I was expecting failure, but every tropical riparian plant I've tried has flourished in lava-rock filled HOB filters - happy with both the look and the nitrate levels.
- My first attempt at a planted tank! I’m quite happy with it, but does anyone have any suggestions on how to keep soil and sand separated a little better?
- New 40 gallon breeder
- We are fairly new to cichlids, but we just had our second batch of offspring
- My Oscar before and after treatment for bacterial infection! He’s a happy fish again! Thanks for all your advice, it probably saved my fish!
- 8 months old growing so fast!

OPINIONS NEEDED: A Subreddit just for sick fish? Posted: 03 Aug 2020 06:55 AM PDT Hi everyone! Hope your week is off to a good start. I'll cut to the chase. I see a lot of people looking for help, and a lot of people giving it out on here. Giving other people advice when their fish are sick is just something I really love to do, but I know there's also been conversations of people not getting the proper help or their post being lost in the flow of all the others. This happened to me as well. So I thought to myself, what if there was a new subreddit that was just for people looking for help when their fish is sick or injured? I thought of a few names, such as "fishSOS", "helpmyfish", "fishhelp", "fish hospital" etc. Name suggestions are encouraged! Anyway, what do you all think of the idea? I already mod r/rescuefish so I wasn't certain on having a second community if people weren't that interested. [link] [comments] | ||
