So not sure if this is normal but I just got a pistol shrimp in my tank and he dug about 6 different holes and completely made a mess of my entire tank. Will he just pick the one he likes and stick to it, or does he need them all? Wondering if I can fill in the other holes because the tank is a mess.

If this will be a common occurrence then I might have to consider bringing him back as he is covering my corals I have in the sand and didn't realize they were THIS messy.

New nano tank. Need advice

Setting up a biocube 29. Just coming back to the hobby. So far I have:

Coralife biocube 29

In-tank media basket and fuge basket with fuge led light

Neo heater 100w with ink bird controller and cooling fans

Aqamai kps powerheads

Aquatic life 115 skimmer

New ro/di system to make water

Looking at the AI Hydra 32 lights

All that I have left to get is a decent auto top off. Hopefully not ridiculous expensive but good. Not sure what to get as I've never had one except back in the day when I had a float plumbed straight into my sump. Lol

Just picked this up from the wwc live sale without thinking about the fact that I haven’t kept a monti before, any tips, will my current USA IC pro dual leds be enough to at least keep it from dying until I get more lights
