I have a relatively new tank 3 weeks old. I have tropica dwarf hair grass. It seems to be melting. Is this normal?

After 7 hours of hardscaping and planting my new lazy drystart. This is the result. I used monte carlo, hemiantus cuba, staurogyne repens and rotala bonsai, might ass some riccardia chamedryfolia aswell after the drystart.
