Nerite snail vs Mystery snail?

I have a 5 gallon tank with one betta fish. Since it's a smaller tank, do you think either snail would be okay? Or would a nerite snail be a better option?

Need help identifying what kind of snail this is. Sorry for the grainy pic, it’s a very small snail. Came on some plants from a LFS & want to read up on it.
