I'm starting a koi breeding business I won't have babies until next year but I was wondering if any one knows if it's allowed for you to sell live animals as pets at farmers markets or similar markets in America.

Bought a house with Koi Pond and need advice..

My fiancé and I bought a house with a Koi pond but don't know much other than how to feed them, ha. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, hence buying a house, and one of those being the Koi pond. The filter/pump/fountain broke and I just have no clue what I need to get to replace it. I've tried googling but I'm still just not sure. Any advice or link to products would be greatly appreciated!! Linking a pic of the pond and broken filter below! TIA!
