My crayfish has become accustomed to me finally! Posted: 02 Jun 2020 06:12 AM PDT It's been almost a year. My crayfish has always been shy. As soon as i walk into the room, she darts into her hiding space. I'd be honest i barely spent time sitting at the tank because she just doesn't come out no matter how long i sit there. I recently set up a shrimp tank and have been spending a lot of time just sitting there. I also changed her diet to a much larger sinking wafer. It's been a month since and she loves to pellet, even trying to snatch it as it sinks down. This morning I came to the tank and she walked up to the side I was on and starting lifting herself in the air. I placed a pellet which she caught before it hit the bottom. She stared at me for a minute before retreating to her home to feast. I feel like through feeding, you can build a good relationship with your crayfish. submitted by /u/Wardster989 [link] [comments]
