| Posted: 21 May 2020 05:59 PM PDT So I got AI 16HD reef lighting for my reef. Now my question is how should I program it so I'm getting the best lighting for my reef, also this is in the bed room and my wife wants blue light on over night for a night light. Our old light did that. Anyone with a good program for me to try? [link] [comments] | ||
| Is there any way to dose necessary minerals/nutrients for the triton method with no water pump? Posted: 21 May 2020 08:37 PM PDT My 75 gallon tank is a couple months old and stocked with 6 fish at the moment. I have a decently sized refugium that's been keeping nitrates and phosphates very low and I control feeding, but I recognize that corals need stable calcium dKH and other minerals, so I was wondering if I could dose these without a dosing pump? Ive ordered 2 AI Prime 16HD's for lighting as well but I'm only planning on keeping soft coral/low to moderate lighting LPS coral. [link] [comments] | ||
| Has anyone kept a Singapore Angel in a mixed reef? Posted: 21 May 2020 06:01 PM PDT There's one at my LFS that's been there almost a month and is getting increasingly tempting. I've heard mixed experiences with them in reefs, ranging from "model citizen" to "total terror that kills anything with tentacles". Does anyone have personal experience? [link] [comments] | ||
