Broke down some of the larger rocks I got and am so much happier with this aquascape. Now to just glue it all together.

So what is this? Do wall type frogspawn drop polyps? Or is this a baby?

I found a double tip on my RBTA, does that mean anything?

The good news, I bought a new house and I can have a bigger tank - the bad I have to move this!

Trying to have a shelf... I can’t decide if I like this or not. Expanded foam, shaped and covered in silicone and coated with black sand. Will be a saltwater tank so it will be covered in algae and stuff so I’m not to worried about the color while bare.

Inverts are becoming one of my favorite parts of reefing. This strawberry crab chowing down on some shrimp is one of my new additions.

TDS Calibration

TDS Calibration

I bought this TDS Calibration solution. I tested my new (Hofun Brand) TDS Pen it was reading like 395 TDS. So I calibrated it. I showed it to my friend and he said It will have calibrated it wrong because it is in NaCL liquid and I am testing RO water. Also it just says US for conductivity not US/CM or US/Inch or anything. Does this solution work with my TDS Pen? I am using it for aquariums

Corals for high flow

Posted: 04 May 2020 08:03 PM PDT

Hi all,

As title suggests I'm looking for corals that do well in high flow areas up near the top. I have a few vacant areas that were occupied by hammers which have died

Any ideas?

Clownfish have laid eggs in tank!

Posted: 04 May 2020 03:24 PM PDT

I'm wondering if anyone has some experience with the process of raising Clownfish fry? Any help/advice/tips or what has worked for you, would be much appreciated! I just discovered the eggs today, they are still pretty orange so maybe I can get something set up for them before they hatch? I have two 5 gal tanks empty and my DT is a 55 gal. also the eggs are laid on a piece of rock that I think I could remove and fit in a 5 gal.

Redid the aquascape on the 5 gallon. Think it looks better.

The price differences on the fluval evo 5. Is the cheap one a rip off or a good deal?
