Using Pimafix for Fungal disease

So my fish (which I thought was acting oddly yesterday) has developed symptoms of cotton ball fungus today.

I've just done a 40% water change, and ordered a bottle of Pimafix for pickup at the LFS tomorrow, however I'm a little confused with how I should use it. I know fish heal best with fresh clean water, so my instinct says nice big water changes every day while using the product. Instructions for the product say to do a 25% water change after 7 days.

Have any of you guys used this before? What would you recommend???

Bubble and Squeak, Bangers and Mash! Any hints on how to get the little devils to stay still for 5 sec while you take a photo? Half an hour and this is the best shot of all four together. I can get one or two in a clear shot, but not all of them.

I was feeding my fish peas. As always I checked I de-shelled all of them but in the water I saw a shell!! I tried to fish it out but I think some / all of it got eaten. Will my fish be okay? I know they can't digest it, but will it do damage? Could it kill them?

Can I use seachem paraguard as a prevention?

I'm not sure if my fish has a parasite. I've made multiple posts here but no one gave me an answer. She has these black marks on her body and dorsal fin. She has a missing scale too. I tested for ammonia and there's none. She's lethargic and gulps air at the top all the time. I did a water change and treated my water and also added a little bit of methylene blue. I ordered seachem paraguard and it's supposed to arrive tomorrow. Can I use it as a prevention without diagnosing the fish? Please help, I do not want to lose my fish.

Back again. Weird tail issue.

It's been a week since my goldfish got delivered. Parameters are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrites and 10 nitrates. A 30% water change happened yesterday. The other three are perfectly fine. Started out as a small white spot in the middle of his tail fin and has grown to cover a large portion it. He's really slowing down as of today and I'm starting to worry about him. I'm suspecting fin rot, but it didn't start at the ends of the fin like I thought it should. Does it look like anything you guys have seen?

Goldfish stay at the bottom, dont eat,

So one of my goldfish started being very lethargic and stopped eating about two days ago, basically just sitting at the bottom and doing nothing for hours. A day later my second goldfish started behaving the same way.

I do 25% change every three days normally and have been doing it everyday ever since it started. Tried to give them peas but they just ignored them. Im out of ideas at this point, did anyone else have this happen or know any solutions?

Rip in the Tail

My goldfish has a rip in his tail. It doesn't seem to be bothering him and he's swimming ok.

Will it heal on its own? Will he always have that now?

Not sure whether I should be concerned or not.

Will goldfish choke on gravel??

Hi everyone, I've just joined this group! I'm getting two fancy goldfish in a few days but as I've been looking through here I've seen people saying that sand is a better substrate as they can choke on gravel. I have gravel in my tank currently and the majority are about the size of a pea or larger. I'm slightly worried now! What should I do? Will they be alright?

Is this a good filter setup for my fancy goldfish(two goldfish)?

My Tetra whisper filter/pump is starting to fail(stops pumping requiring me to manually spin the propeller to get it going) and need a cheap replacement as my budget is extremely limited at the moment. Current plan is to purchase a MarineLand Penguin 200 and use a combo of Fluval bio-rings and a reusable filled with activated carbon(can currently get all three items on amazon for $28, don't need to by activated carbon as I have some that I use to refill the disposable tetra filters). Plan is to install the filter in the slot closest to the bio wheel, than fill the remaining space with the bio rings.

White small dot on my ryukin's head

I recently noticed that a small dot was growing on my ryukins head. At first I tried to wipe it and thought it was just some debris, it got off immediately but the next day, it came back. It's a small white dot that had a stringy small tip, like really short string at the end. I always do a 30% water change every 3 days. I can't take a picture of it as it's really small. What do you think it is?
