My fish have a fungal infection and I'm not sure what to do

Recently I've noticed that there have been white fluffy spots developing on a few of the 20 or so goldfish I have in a backyard pond. I looked into treatment for fungal infections, but that would cost hundreds of dollars to properly treat it since the pond is about 8000 gallons. Some of the options that I've come up with are: 1) try and remove the infected fish and consider them goners. 2) capture all of the fish and put them into a smaller pool that I can more affordably treat. 3) drain the pond by a large amount and place a smaller pump and filter while we are able to treat the water. Any other suggestions are appreciated. Also, is there a timeline on how long they have before they start dying off? Thanks!
