| Serious question re tank size. Posted: 20 Apr 2020 11:33 PM PDT Hi. I have not had a reef in almost 20 years... most of what i learned in the past is gone now :) i had a 55g and a 29g reef. Anyway, i am thinking of getting back into it with a 10g nano. I am just curious for opinions if this would be big enough for a pair of clowns (ocellaris or maroon) and a bta? My personal opinion is probably not... my last pair of maroons were in that 29g... but maybe it is enough for the ocellaris? Thanks. . Edit: i dont really have room for anything larget at the moment... could possibly squeeze in a 20g but nothing bigger than that. [link] [comments] | ||

| Posted: 20 Apr 2020 07:10 PM PDT I've been thinking of building a new tank for sps coral and want to go all out this time around. I've never had a tank controller before and want to build the system around the Neptune Apex. Should I get the Apex from the start or cycle the tank first, maybe add some fish, then get the Apex after a good amount of cycling? [link] [comments] |
