| Gifted a 3 gallon aquaponics tank Posted: 05 Apr 2020 06:22 PM PDT Hi all! I was just gifted a 3 gallon tank kit that's meant for a betta fish. This is my first tank but I understand that 3 gallons is too small for most fish and most people recommend 5G for bettas. With that in mind, what is the best way to get a tank cycled, and what can I put in this tank? I was thinking some cherry shrimp and a snail or two, along with a carpeted bottom and some rocks, but I don't want to over crowd the tank. [link] [comments]  |
