I'm in the UK and would love an idiot proof step by step guide to set up a basic jarrarium please? They're all so pretty

I found this beautiful little spot in a solar field that I'm doing repairs on. I've never made a jarrarium. Would any of these plants be viable? Is it ethical to take any of them?

Not a jarium per session but I see similar questions a lot. Can anyone help my ID this little larvae?

Any ideas why my fern turned prickly/fuzzy white after adding a piece of bark with moss?

Apparently this isn’t a terrarium so maybe this sub fits it better?

My idea for a jarrarium. I have yet to keep moss alive, how can I make sure it’s happy?

I live next to a little creek and planned on using mud and water from that. What are some plants I could find around it that would go in it or some I could order?
