- Finally got my Jarrarium lit. Seaglass from Seaham, Agate from Holywell UK
- Quarrarium Jarrarium
- Milfoil growing out of control in terrarium
- Little tiny clam in my pond in a jar
- Found a hitchhiker in my pond mud, about 2 inches long which seems a bit big for a pond snail. Should I be worried about this guy eating plants? My jar is 6.3 litres if that’s relevant.
- There’s a tiny spider living in my moss jar
- Woodland Stream Ecosphere - 1 Month update!
- Made this pond jar today!
- Snails
- Water
- Fire & Water
- Twisted sporophytes
- Long time lurker, decided to share my first jarrarium. Hope you guys like it as much as I do!
- Practicing video of pond in jar. Video includes a ciliate stentor (I think?)
- Work in progress

| Posted: 18 Apr 2020 09:07 PM PDT I love seeing all these miniature biotopes but am wondering about the water purity. In nature. The streams are constantly flowing bring with it minerals and washing away the inhabitants' waste. For those who create biotope jars, do you change your water with clean river, lake etc water, tap water or just leave it alone? [link] [comments] | ||
