How to reduce condensation on jars?

How do you have your guys jars so condensation free? I've been letting air out of mine and watching the water levels in the bottom go down but it never really clears up. My plants are happy and growing well but I'd like to see them but I also don't want to ruin the water levels and kill them.

I'm in quite the sticky situation.
