- My first (5) golden mystery snails came in the mail today, and they’re taking to their new home well!
- One of my mystery snakes enjoying a green pea
- Please help!! He was fine two days ago and I just found him covered in this white stuff. I moved Ivy and he moved. Still alive. What the hell is going on and what can I do?
- I didn't even know I had this many Malay livebearers in this tank
- This weirdness belong here for sure. It's my snail pooping for a straight minute. I make relaxing vids of my tank and I had zero intention of filming this but that's show biz baby. The action starts at 1:40. Enjoy?
- If I mix red and blue ramshorn snails, what color will the babies be?
- I recently purchased plants and these guys hitched a ride, can anyone help me identify?
- Is my mystery snail dead/dying? Doing it upside down after yesterday and again today but I haven’t seen it move and it looks differently than normal.
- Why are my bladder snails dying?
- What is wrong with my snails shell!?
- I made this creature in spore based on my old mystery snail
- Something coming out of Snails (Updated from earlier: another snail (pond snail) did this but died
- Mystery snail sensitive to light?
- Breeding nerite snails

If I mix red and blue ramshorn snails, what color will the babies be? Posted: 23 Apr 2020 11:30 AM PDT I just added some red ramshorn snails to my tank. I'm assuming the babies will be red, or do they carry genes for different colors. If I add blue ones, will I get some blue and some red, or brown? [link] [comments]

Why are my bladder snails dying? Posted: 23 Apr 2020 07:29 AM PDT I just got them about a week ago, up until today they've been pretty happy, cruising around, eating and laying eggs. This morning I found two dead, and the others are moving fairly slowly. I did about a 50% water change yesterday and added a few drops of ammonia neutralizer and aquarium calcium. I used water that had been filtered through a Britta and left out over night. Tested the water this morning and the ammonia is about 2ppm, nitrates 10ppm. My nitrite test is not here yet. I have some ramshorns coming today that I was going to add to the tank, but I want to make sure I good whatever is wrong so I don't loose the lot of them. EDIT: thank you to those who responded, I did a big water change and dosed with more ammonia neutralizer and the remaining snails have perked back up. I will start doing daily changes and monitor the levels more closely [link] [comments]

Mystery snail sensitive to light? Posted: 23 Apr 2020 12:40 PM PDT I noticed when I turn the light on he hides and when it's off he's a little more active. How do I keep the anubias and moss balls in the aquarium alive if I don't have the light on for my snail?? I'm using the Fluval sea 5 gallon light which says it is 10 Input watts and 7.4 LED watts.
