It's just an empty tank, but my water is so clear and ready for fish. Quarantine takes too long! =(

Anybody else set up a way to face time there tank while they are gone? Sometimes I want to watch the tank at work/school!

My elegance decided all of the sudden to detach from its skeleton! What should I do? All levels are good and it is placed at a low flow spot. It was happy there for the longest time. Don’t want it to die!

Does anyone have experience angling plating monties?

Posted: 04 Mar 2020 09:15 PM PST

I'm about to start a new tank and will be making the rock scape. I'm curious as to if anyone has ever tried gluing the Monty to a rock angled down so that the white underside isn't visible when looking it at - so the viewer only sees the colored part of the coral.

[ID] Finally got a good shot of whatever this is growing in my tank. It’s on my power head too. Big patch of it in each place. Any ideas? Seems like some sort of plant or macro algae?

New to this - how often do you do water checks, and what exactly do you regularly check?

Is this normal clown behaviour or should I be worried?

Looking for suggestions on some good quality LED strip lights in the £300 price range.

Posted: 05 Mar 2020 01:06 AM PST

I posted yesterday about some lights, but didn't expect the high-end stuff to be that expensive.

My budget is around £300, and the lights need to be a LED strip that fits under a lid. Around 1 meter in length.

They don't need to be super powerful, as I already have 1 LED strip. This would be replacing my ancient tube lights.

Thanks in advance :)

Super proud of these $10 frags I found at my LFS. Had them for around 2 weeks and they’re already growing new polyps!
