Is this indication of shell rot? Also his swimlets have many black dots like some fungi growing or something :/ how to treat this?

This one lasted a few hours... My crayfish loves attacking fish, regardless of its size.. Incredible. Another thing: does anyone know if it's normal for a crayfish (another one I have) to be hiding for 2 weeks, never coming out for eating?
