Help picking a light

Posted: 08 Feb 2020 06:22 PM PST

I am trying to chose a light for my 40 gallon breeder. Im trying to decide between 2 AI prime HD 16's and an AI Hydra 32 HD. Does anyone have suggestions on which is better or have any other light suggestions?
