Home Depot LED Panel

Posted: 08 Feb 2020 07:46 PM PST

So I was wondering around HD tonight and saw these 24" LED "bay" panels that look quite finished - run at slightly brighter than daylight and have 18k lumens.

Anyone ever run something like this a planted tank? I may buy one and put it on my 10g with c02 - it's heavily planted. I suppose downside could be plants melting and/or algae but I dose Easy Green every other day and have 13 small fish in here and my nitrates are always low.

At $100 it's competitive with high power LED lights like Dustins and covers a bigger area. Prob could mount it 18" above the tank too.https://i.imgur.com/Y17opSV.jpg
