I find it really interesting that my plants have a "sleep cycle". I used to think it was triggered by lights but sometimes I leave the lights on past midnight (college student) and my plants still close up despite it not being dark yet.

1st planted tank Day 5 - round 2 of plants arrived today. Took out the rocks, added dwarf hairgrass x8, monte carlo x3, ludwigia super red bunches x4, dwarf sagittaria x4, and new marineland hidden LED @ 6500k x1 lol

First tank, just got some plants to start. I have 15 moneyworts and 3 anubias with root tabs, since it isnt dirted or in flourite, in my 29 gallon while it cycles. Added ammonia from dr Tim's as well to kick the process in. Any tips for a complete beginner?
