Brand new, looking for a trustworthy beginner's link, or any good information to start

Hello =)

These days I tend to start my new journeys / hobbies / whatever here on this site. In my experience with Reddit, there is typically an FAQ and/or a beginners guide on the sidebar when it comes to pet guides. I put a lot of trust in reddit when I try to separate good information from bad information as a beginner, but this sub doesn't seem to have a sidebar post? Could I bother the community for their favorite beginner links?

Anyone else’s Axie have really poor vision? Don’t know if it’s the albino aspect but Albie regularly can’t spot pellets right in front of him, and air swings/huffs sand. We had a smaller juvenile who took food straight from the tweezers. Albie really doesn’t notice things when they’re right in front

High nitrate levels-- >80ppm. My boy is a little over a year old. I've never had any issues with water quality before. A couple days ago I noticed his gills looking a little white. Today it has developed to this. There are also a couple white fuzzy balls on the filter intake.

Got a new 20 gal cycling. Just added in some ceramic tiles and used a little fine sand like a "grouting." I can't wait to finish decorating! We will have a fun little tank for whichever axolotl we adopt!
