Planted Aquarium - 75 Gallon Paludarium |
- 75 Gallon Paludarium
- Roughly one year apart
- 8 week update on the 10ft planted. Had a bit of an algae breakout as soon as I dosed NPK. Reduced my intense light period from 2 hours mid-day at 97% output, to just half an hour at mid-day at 75% output. Cleaned as much algae as I can and several water changes. Also did quite a lot of trimming
- Finally Flooded
- 70G barebottom. Kinda wish i had used substrate so i could grow more plant types
- After 3.5 weeks of cycling, finally got to stock the tank today! Feeling pretty good about my first try.
- Just a small tank in my basement office
- Made some purchases today! I think they look great, super healthy! Can’t wait to tie them on to my driftwood.
- Looking lush. I think it looks nice, hope you guys think so too
- One of my oldest plants. Almost a decade of growth.
- 70g low tech planted - 5 month update on first attempt at plants. Didn’t think it was possible without a co2 system!!! Lots of ups and downs though.
- When your friend gives you their planted tank but forgets to give you the light so you have to get creative using my tiny 12” led strip from an old tank until my friend gives me the proper light
- Trim day was yesterday! 20g long
- Finally added some plants to the tank
- Foreground plant suggestions? I tried planting a ton of pearl grass and my snail ripped it all up within a couple of days. I need a foreground plant to fill the empty space in front of my java fern... Preferably something low tech and maybe something more “bushy” and less stems..
- My banana plant is going crazy in my 2 gallon cube!
- you guys like bush?
- First planted tank for my betta!
- My 57L Amazon inspired tank
- The boy time I’ve been able to capture all 6 of my otos in one picture.
- Amazon mystery seed update day 20, still growing. (try at your own risk)
- Never going with any color but black for substrate from now on
- Everyone is fighting over some pellets.
