• It's not perfect, but I went to a different local Petland and to my surprise... small filtered heated tanks, with moss balls and opaque dividers! I know where I'm going for a new pet store Betta here on out!
• My female betta. She is kept in a 10g with some pygmy corys, 2 guppies, and a swordtail. Had her since she was a baby.
• He's made his first nest!! I'm such a proud mama
• Meet Pike Tyson!
• Tomorrow will be two weeks since I brought Beethoven home and I can't believe how much he's changed in such a short time! Left pictures are when I first got him, bottom right a couple days ago, top right is today!
• After a string of heartbreaking experiences with deathly ill rescues, I'm glad to have found a boy who isn't too far gone for effective intervention! I'm crossing my fingers that the fin rot is his biggest issue and that he'll recover well!
• My boy Klaus looked gorgeous today ❤️
• 7 Day Glow Up. Amazing what some TLC does for a fish.
• New big guy with his funny spine ate for the first time today and seems to like the sand in his new tank!
• My boy I picked up yesterday! Kept everyone’s thoughts and tricks and kept a good eye on him. Krampus seems to have adjusted well just hasn’t eaten yet. But small steps! ��
• Why can’t I eat the dot?
• 3 weeks in with our King Betta, Marble
• Swim in peace, Ziggy Findust, you helped me get through so much emotional trouble you'll have no idea. All I can say is I'm sorry and I hope I made the past nearly 3 years I've had you worth it. I hope you knew that you were loved.
