Does anyone know of koi diseases that only affect young or small koi?

I have about a 50, 000 L pond with around 60 fish. 20 big 40 small but recently small ones have just been turning up dead when we wake up in the morning. So far only one big fish has died and he was still on the smaller side. Anyone have any idea?
