How do I keep cuttlebone in my tank so my snail will sit on it? I had it half in the gravel, but my snail always kicks it out and it floats.

Snail tank requirements

I'm looking at getting fresh water snails. Two separate tanks one with trumpet snails and the other with assassin snails. When looking at reccomended minimum gals per snail it's always with the prerequisites that it's with other types of fish. Where as I'm just solely wanting snails and I'm willing to supplement food and algae discs. Does anyone have more accurate numbers when it comes to just snail keeping Bonus is if you have any additional information that you've found out since keeping them
