- The Three Amigos are finally all together in their new tank.
- These two lucky ladies finally got the upgrade they deserve. I'm still in the process of aquascaping, what do you think?
- Best friends
- I just wanted to say thank you to those who offered me kind advice on my last post. I decided to evict the bristlenose and it has been rehoused. I feel super relieved for Lenny. Thanks again guys it's a learning curve for sure.
- my goldfish won't move from the bottom of the tank and is staying sideways
- Anybody know what’s going on with my girl? These marks just started showing up on her wen, and are getting worse, but she acts perfectly fine. The other goldfish in the tank is also colorful and energetic and looks perfectly healthy. It’s a forty gallon tank with frequent water changes.

my goldfish won't move from the bottom of the tank and is staying sideways Posted: 13 Aug 2019 07:15 PM PDT it's been two days and my goldfish still won't move from the bottom of the tank and he's/she's staying sideways. when i changed their water, it was all fine but the next day we found Silver hanging out on the bottom of the tank moving only a little bit. i was able to feed him/her but then yesterday he/she didn't eat at all. i don't know what to do.. also, when i move him/her on a bowl he/she doesn't react when i get him/her out of the tank with the net. the other times that i transferred him/her on the bowl, he/she had a reaction by flipping and stuff. i have another goldfish on the same tank but he/she is eating and moving around like usual. the tank is about 20cmx30cm and it's tall (idk any other word, sorry) around 20 cm [link] [comments] | ||

Oranda sitting at top of the tank, lost my black moor last night Posted: 13 Aug 2019 11:13 AM PDT So it's been a rough week for my babies. My black moor died last night, and I'm completely heartbroken. She died from swim bladder due to hypoxia. My oranda was doing okay and doesn't show any signs of swim bladder. He is, however, sitting at the top of the tank with his tail lower than his body, so I assume he's suffering from hypoxia too. He's not gulping at the surface though so that's somewhat reassuring. I did a 50% water change yesterday and gave him some API Melafix this morning. He ate half of a shelled pea last night and hasn't eaten the one I gave him this morning. I'm incredibly worried about him, and don't want to lose him too. I've ordered a plant to put in with him, but that won't arrive for another week or so. I'm going to set up a bubbler today to help with the oxygen levels. Is there anything else I can do to help keep him alive and get him back on track? [link] [comments] |
