Will shrimp eggs hatch in a tank without a filter or any other aeration? The tank has a lot off plants though

What is everyone’s recommended neocaridina shrimp food to keep them happy and healthy?

I've had a few deaths recently and I'm concerned it could be the cheap food I bought when I didn't know any better. Best thing to feed them?

Anybody else have trouble with snails digging up plants in a small tank?

My damn nerite is real cute and I love watching her and her waste has helped (I assume) my tank cycle in anticipation of shrimps, so I have a lot of affection for her. But Jesus Christ she's always burrowing and dicking around upsetting all my little plants! Basically anything that isn't heavy or deeply planted with an actually root system is disturbed and ends up floating around. Is this just how it is or should I be doing something else? I guess i could tie clumps of hornwort etc to rocks?! Advice pls

I have an horrible problem ! MY SHRIMPS DYING EVERY DAY SLOWLY... the specialist dont know why too and I'm so desperate.... My Ph is 7.5, No2 : 0, No3 : 20ppm, amo : 0ppm, KH : 100-200ppm, GH : 140-200ppm. I do my tests with API test kits... and its probably KH and GH are too high...??
