Finally, I have my first one set up,Way over complicated.

Well here she is, 7 litre drinks dispenser jar, poked a bunch of holes in a CD spindle lid, small 100l ph water pump, a few bit of pipe i had lying around,

Way over complicated, but i like to fiddle with things, not sure how it will do, but lets see.

Undergravel return on a sponge inlet(pump in the lock and lock)

Substrate is baked clay balls and seachem fluorite.

dwarf hairgrass.

The water discoloration is due to the water from another tank,i just cleaned my filter sponge in the Jar, will leave it for a few days, and then drain right down for a week or 2, in a month or so will add some trumpet snails and maybe some ramshorn, and in a few months, maybe a couple of CRS,

lets see how it goes, but so far, it has been fun.

Has anyone done a jar using materials from Chernobyl?

I may be going to Chernobyl for a radioactive vacation (not sorry) and is wondering if it would work, and if anyone has done it before.
