Flame moss jar + pond/bladder snails?

Hey everyone! I have a ton of extra flame moss that's very dense and I'm looking to make my dad an extremely low maintenance flame moss jar, no soil substrate. The extra flame moss has been in a water bottle for about a month, doing fine. What I want to know is, how would very tiny pond/bladder snails do with exclusively flame moss? Will they eat it, or need to be fed other things? I have a million of the little guys in my other jars and I'm wondering if they'd be alright to put into his jar. The ones in my other jars love the moss and are always all over it.
