Posted: 07 Jun 2019 07:13 PM PDT I dont know if this is the best place to post this but my local pet stores wont help. My mom has 2 "fancy" gold fish, 2 commons, and a Clown Pleco that need a new home. They would come with the 40 gallon tank she has. I have been taking care of them as much as possible but I dont have the money to give them a good life. I would like to have them stay together as a little family. Are any of you in Denver Colorado that could help me out? Or know of any other subs i can post on. [link] [comments]
Posted: 07 Jun 2019 10:57 PM PDT I have a few Shubunkin Goldfish and would really love to add some shrimp to my tank but don't know how to go about it so I am looking for some advice! I'd love something to help me keep the algae under control as well, I do 25 to 30% water changes weekly and am very diligent about feeding and skimming out debris. [link] [comments]
Goldfish playing in filter outflow? Posted: 07 Jun 2019 02:00 PM PDT I've recently gotten back in to keeping goldfish and my new one is swimming against the current in the outflow from the filter, sometimes splashing at the surface. My fish isn't doing this constantly, all other swimming/feeding behavior is normal. Water quality is not a concern, nice large tank. Is this something goldfish will do? I haven't had one that does this before. Googled some but came up with stuff mostly about playing in bubbles. I'm just concerned about the fish accidentally jumping out of the tank or my missing a health issue. [link] [comments] |
