Today I bought awesome new tank in newly opened pet shop. 23 litres for 61PLN (16$) with cover and 25W bulb included (cheap as hell considering setups like those cost around 2x more). Im planning to move fishes (3x guppies-1m+2f), 5 cherry shrimps and Smooth Andrew (Nerite snail) to this new tank along with plants. Im not really sure how to do it.

I guess I have to remove animals to another container for the time of preparing new tank that seems absolutely obvious lol, but what about plants and substrate? Can I use gravel from previous tank in the new one? As previous tank is cycled can I just pour the water to the new one?

PS I will need some help in identifying plant species in another post but can I do it here or is there any better subreddit for this?
