I'd like to know how tall your adult axolotls are

I've tried googling but sources have only stated the length. Currently making a custom decoration piece for a future axolotl. It's a sort of cave and I'd like it to be able to house an adult axolotl. Can you post about how many inches/cms your axolotls are, from substrate to tip top of head? Suggestions on how tall and wide I should make the entrance would be nice as well, considering their gills and all. Thank you :)
