I’ve only had Falcor for a month. Does it ever stop being super entertaining to watch them eat? ♥️

Can someone tell me what this is? It appears to be some type of bubble on the skin. It wasnt there last night when I went to sleep. This was the part of his face that he cut about 2/3 weeks ago.

Panacur in axolotl tanks to kill hydra outbreak?

Posted: 21 May 2019 09:21 AM PDT

Hey all!

I'm trying to get more definitive answers but can I dose panacur into my axolotl tank? If so, can I dose it with the lotls in the tank or do I need to take them out, and if so, how long?

Has anyone done this before? What was your dosing regimen like?

New baby won’t eat

Posted: 20 May 2019 07:32 PM PDT

I picked up a baby axolotl at a local reptile show yesterday, since then I could not get him to eat any bloodworms, every time I try to bring some over to him to feed him he just rubs away in a panic. Anything I can do to help him eat?

Is this a fungal infection on his foot? It sticks with him when he moves.

Tank filter question

Tank filter question

Hey guys,

I'm currently setting up my tank for my first axolotl. The tank I got at a local reptile shop came with a filter and I was wondering if it would be better to keep it or buy one of the more recommended ones? Its from a company called aquasyncro and the website says it takes care of mechanical, chemical and biological filtering. Also, heat from the filter being under water isnt really an issue since its cold where I live.

Thanks.
