Is this bubble algae under the right polyp? (Yeah, I know I’ve got turf algae too). If so, what should I do to get rid of it?

Help with green algae

So I've been fighting it for about two weeks now I was changing about a quarter of water every other day then today I changed half the tank. I siphoned the gravel each time I've shortened the light to six hours a day the past couple days and I've scrubbed all the walls and I can't get it to stop is there something I'm missing here? I'm afraid to dose with hydrogen peroxide I don't want to kill my fish or corals. Does anyone have any other tips I could do or should I just keep doing what I'm doing and it'll resolve after awhile?
