- Please help me optimize my CUC to fight algae on the sand bed. Currently have 4 astrea, 3 nessarius, 2 hermits, 2 emerald, tailspot blennie in 25g lagoon. None really impact the sand in visible way (Nitrate 5, phosphate 0.02, no algae on rocks/glass. New rodi, feeding little, oversized skimmer)
- [ID] what is thing my urchin has picked up? (Not the food clip; the object on his left)
- Saved 100$ by making our own media caddy for the Innovative Marine tank
- Debating on LEDs? Get AI prime
- UPDATE: Added a small fan to move heat away from the reactor. It helps. (Also, bonus tool organization.)
- Got this tiny plump Rose BTA
- Question. How do I detach Xenia from rock?
- After am absolute disaster trying to buy day rock online my tank is finally up and cycling.

Glide_on Learns The Hard Way About Water Changes Posted: 03 Apr 2019 06:28 PM PDT Thanks to one of the awesome members in here who direct chats with me, I've learned why my coral is dying and how to NOT kill my coral. Guess who kept letting her tank water evaporate too much and then filled it back up with salt water because she didn't realize salt doesn't evaporate with the water? I feel like an idiot but I"m relieved. [link] [comments]

Debating on LEDs? Get AI prime Posted: 03 Apr 2019 11:17 PM PDT Had the fluval marine 2.0 leds for over 6 months. Got growth, but loss of color and seemed that new growth was much smaller polyps or mouths. Got an AI prime and within 4 days my zoas had grown new heads and my LPS boosted in color and the mouths expanded significantly. [link] [comments]

Question. How do I detach Xenia from rock? Posted: 03 Apr 2019 09:55 PM PDT I got Xenia and isolated it on the sand bed but it has managed to attach to my main rocks. how do I detach it from the rock? will it kill my corals if I let it grow near them? it's in the sand next to my Duncan and hammer. it's attached to the rock that the hammer sits on. one branch has managed to take hold but the frag was never glued to the main rocks. any help would be greatly appreciated!
