Nicest piece I saw at aquashella tx. (Bounce mushroom from polyp labs)
My first reef tank. 3 months old today!
Picked this up at a reef show. Forgot the name, it was kind of funny. Anyone know what kind of BTA this is?

Here's Benny, my first saltwater fish ever.
Question: I set up a new dosing pump and accidentally set calcium and alk to dose at the same time. They bonded as soon as they dosed and created a snowstorm. The chunks touched everything before the pumps blended it in 30 seconds later. Am I going to have burn marks or issues from that happening?
Added this guy yesterday, first anenome. Pretty sure he’s dead? Still attached to rock. Water stats were fine, PH was a little high so I did a water change before adding him, and tank is about 5 months old.

Anyone know why my water always looks dusty? Like there are little specks in it?
My paly doesn’t open all the way up. Never have seen the edges open either. Any ideas?

Algae growth

What algae eating inhabitants to use to control algae growth? My fox face wouldn't eat it unless I put off feeding for one to two days. What do you guys think about snails in your tank? My tank 8 month old, and didn't have any corals or reef at the moment.
