Need advice, how to treat koi with ich.

Anyone know/have experience treating koi with ich. We keep regular maintenance on the pond: have UV running; clean filters once a week; top off the pond with water every other week. Had the pond for years following this routine, and this is my first encounter with any sort disease, in this case a parasite. I also have plants in the pond that are about to bloom, so ideally i dont want to disturb the plants too much
