What is growing on my glass? I couldn’t get a photo of it, it’s too small, but it’s white/beige. 7.5g freshwater with tons of plants, a betta, and ramshorns.

I accidentally ordered a fish....

Posted: 25 Apr 2019 08:43 PM PDT

I have been really sick the past few weeks, and have spent a lot of time heavily medicated. Apparently, somewhere in my drug induced haze, I ordered a para pleco. I was very confused when my mail lady handed me a box today. Searching through my emails, I found theorder confirmation and shipping notice in my spam folder.

So now I have this adorable little spotted dude, but there's like... no info about him out there! Does anyone out there have any specific tips or advice for me? My biggest concern is tank size. What little I find says 30 gallons, but I'm wary. Will my lightly stocked 40g breeder be enough, or will I have to upgrade sooner rather than later? Current stocking- 4 female betas, 12 neon tetras, 8 panda cories, and a few snails.
