Are those little shrimp eyes?

Shrimp aggression while feeding? I'm pretty sure one lost his antenna. Is that normal? I've never seen that before.

Before I get called a nerd for this, I got my RCS about a month and a bit ago and all but 3 died (1 Female 2 Male) and I've seen my female saddled for weeks now and nothing.. so this morning saw my last females molt in the tank and was super hopeful saw my 2 males blasting around kept watching and they were hanging around my female, just checked now and she is FULL of eggs!! This is my first berried female! I'm super excited haha

P.s. just realized water is a bit low, any tips on adding more without completely stressing her out? Seems like every time I add water something bad happens

How often do you feed?

Posted: 22 Mar 2019 06:59 PM PDT

I feed my shrimp like maybe once every 2 weeks. They still breed but have lost most of their color. I started with 2 bloody Mary's and now I have probably 40 or so that still have some red but are mostly clear. Probably food related? What's a good feeding schedule.

I usually feed algaemax new life spectrum, or bloodworms. Like 5-6 pellets or 10 or so worms. It's a 7.5 cube

Greenish king kong.

While all my other king kongs and black pandas are black with a metallic sheen, this juvie always appeared to have a greenish carapace. It got me wondering if maybe I could get green babies. Anyone know the origin of green caridina genes?

Is anybody familiar with this white "string" in my ghost shrimp? Has been like this for about 2 weeks, eating and swimming normally.
