Aqueon overflow box replacements

So I just got an Aqueon 220gallon with holes at the bottom of the tank leading to the sump. The problem is that the overflow system that it comes with are missing. What is the best method for running a sump without the overflows. https://imgur.com/ZEh9tf5 Heres the link as to what I am talking about but the tank is missing these black overflows.

Hi guys, I'm having some trouble putting together my very first reef tank and would love some help/info.

I'm looking for a 30-40 gallon setup with a budget of around $700 (not including fish or corals) I'd like some beginner fish and would love to be able to grow some corals.

so far this is what I have in my Amazon cart (planning to buy rock from my local LFS, and will be doing weekly 10% water changes to avoid a protein skimmer, as they kind of confuse me) please let me know if I'm missing anything etc....

I'm a bit concerned about the coral growing capabilities of the biocube 32's stock LED, should I be worried? would I be better off not buying an All-in-one tank and putting one together myself?

If any of you guys can put together a shopping cart or a list of what YOU would buy if you had roughly $700 and wanted to start a reef tank with corals it would help me TREMENDOUSLY!

Thanks in advance for the help guys, this is all just a little daunting for a newbie!
