Micro Aquatics Too much plants or too much filters? HELP!

Too much plants or too much filters? HELP!

Hi, I have an AquaJapan 8.5g. It has a Fluval 170, I added more sponge and bio filter. My TDI keeps going up at from 248 to 289 in the past 2 days. And I have 5 pregnant Bloody Mary. Oh and there are white worms all over the glass. Now... Is my tank full of plants, I think I'm not feeding them enough or I'm feeding them way too much.
